How our Program Works:

American Seaboard Responsibilities

• We pre-qualify and hire all vendors to do the work
• We monitor and follow-up on all work completed, including field contacts both verbally and in person.
• We schedule and pay all vendors
• We take care of  emergencies and special request projects.
• We provide you with all written back-up and approval of service.
• We provide, if necessary, intermediate cleaning orientation for your staff.
• We send you one bill.
• We seek replacement where situations warrant.
